Claudia is the founder of the We Are All Human Foundation, a non for profit organization dedicated to advancing equity, diversity and inclusion, focused in driving progress for US Hispanics.
Claudia is a Mexican-Swiss diplomat with more than 25 years of experience leading marketing and advocacy for global organizations including UNICEF, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the United Nations and the World Economic Forum. She has launched hundreds of successful campaigns and initiatives including the SDG Lions, Product (RED), and the Sustainable Development Goals.
Claudia is the Co-Host of the podcast “A la Latina” and a published author and is also the author of a dozen books. She is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions.
Claudia is a Board Member at Canoo and several non-for-profit organizations.
Claudia holds a Master's degree in Political Communication from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She speaks 6 languages, has two children and enjoys sports and traveling.

Cynthia is Latina executive at the top of one of the most innovative Fintech companies in America, MoneyLion (NYSE: ML).
Cynthia is an award-winning marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in reimagining how companies engage customers to accelerate growth. Before joining MoneyLion, she held numerous leadership roles within Walmart (NYSE: WMT). Most recently Kleinbaum served as Vice President of Marketing for Walmart+, Mobile Apps, and Online Grocery, where she was responsible for the adoption of digital services that redefined the company’s competitive positioning as an omnichannel retailer.
Before Walmart, Milner used her unique expertise in both brand and performance marketing to redefine the marketing approach of multiple brands, from early-stage startups to large enterprises. She repositioned the digitally native vertical brand Bonobos by highlighting its inclusive design and modernizing its customer acquisition engine, improved customer loyalty at the flash-sales website Gilt Groupe by launching its loyalty program and opening its first physical retail location, and revamped the Nesquik brand in Mexico to be unapologetically the most fun chocolate brand.
Cynthia holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. degree with honors from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
She is a featured speaker at industry conferences, in which she shares insights on how to build high-performing marketing organizations, how to operate as a startup within a large organization, and how to use data to design marketing strategies that work. She was a CSA Top Women In Tech 2020, a Brand Innovators Women To Watch 2021, and a 2023 International Women's Fellow.
